About Us

Cordiant Technologies was
bootstrapped in 1995

At Cordiant, our mission is to fundamentally transform how people, businesses and governments work in the 21st century

Track Record

In the late 90’s, Cordiant established itself as the go-to-provider in India for Lotus Notes/ Domino Development for enterprises and ISVs worldwide.

Thereafter, it expanded the range of offerings, to work with a broad spectrum of ISVs focused on the enterprise, as their preferred India Engineering Partner.

Among many successes in its product engineering partnerships, two engagements stand out.

Cordiant worked closely with Paisley Consulting as their India Engineering Partner, from conception, go-to-market thru product maturity for their Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions. The Paisley GRC solution established itself as the leader in the GRC space, with a 30% footprint among the Fortune 500. Acquired by Thomson Reuters in late 2008, it continues to be the market leader in this space through the Thomson Reuters Risk Management Solutions offering.

Cordiant also helped build from the ground-up Africa’s #1 Core Banking Software, as the India Engineering Partner of Neptune Software, plc. The team that Cordiant built for Neptune continues to work from Chennai, India.

Cordiant has been the India Engineering Partner for scores of startups and ISVs, focused on the enterprise. The specific areas of expertise include enterprise collaboration, enterprise GRC, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, banking and financial services, information publishing, e-learning and m-learning.

The Cordiant Platform Offering

Cordiant is an integrated work platform that delivers real-time data insights where it should be delivered - at work.

It’s powered by the world’s most unified cloud data platform for the always-on economy, DataStax Enterprise which is currently deployed by 9 of the top 15 global banks and by around 30 of the Fortune 100.

Cordiant is installed in-house at our customers’ Virtual Private Cloud (AWS/Azure/Oracle Cloud) or On-Premise.

Cordiant customers get the benefit of 21st century work technologies deployed inside their own secure perimeter and with a single unified data store at the back end, rather than having to subscribe to multi-tenanted SaaS offerings from a multitude of vendors, with data silo-ed in these vendors' tool repositories. Built on an API-driven, microservice architecture, the platform can be seamlessly extended to integrate with customer’s applications and sub-systems to provide real-time insights - right at work.

Multi-tenanted SaaS for small to mid-size organizations

A multi-tenanted SaaS version of Cordiant is available through Ekamcloud from Ekam Labs. The SaaS version is offered to small to mid-sized businesses as an integrated work platform. A 100% subsidiary of Cordiant, Ekam Labs is head-quartered in New York City.

Cordiant Engineering Team

The Cordiant Engineering Team is based in the beautiful port city of Kochi, the financial, commercial and industrial capital of the state of Kerala, India. One of the most socially developed states in India, Kerala has a consumption-based Human Development Index of .920, higher than most developed countries.

Gender Diversity at Cordiant

Cordiant is proud of its Engineering Team, where the majority of the team members are women. As always, we let the results speak for themselves.
