In the Build phase, Cordiant sets up the facility and infrastructure, staff the development center, and establishes knowledge transfer and operating guidelines. During the Operate phase, Cordiant manages the offshore organization for the ISV. In the Transfer phase, Cordiant provides help and support to register a new India subsidiary for the ISV, transfer assets, and handover operations to the subsidiary.
