Cordiant Technologies was boot-strapped by Dennis Paul M in October 1995, in the basement of a house in Cochin (Kochi), India.

Since 1997, Cordiant has been providing India-based offshore development services to an international customer base.

What started off as simple programming services in 1997 by leveraging labor arbitrage through the internet, grew later into a more mature set of offerings to our global customers.

Today, Cordiant Technologies provides Outsourced Product Development and Internet Application Development to Independent Software Vendors ( ISVs), internet businesses and internet-enabled businesses, primarily through the Cordiant Build-Operate-Transfer model.

2009 has been an exciting year for Cordiant.

The Paisley Governance, Risk and Compliance Solution ( Paisley GRC)  continued its leadership position in the  Gartner Magic Quadrant for 2009. Paisley GRC, now part of Thomson Reuters, is a recognized leader in providing more than 1400 organizations, including 30% of the Fortune 500, with comprehensive solutions to streamline GRC processes, reduce costs of compliance, manage and mitigate risks, and provide visibility, oversight and assurance.

Rubikon, the next-generation Universal Banking Software, almost exclusively developed at our Chennai Development Center through a Build-Operate-Transfer engagement with Neptune Software plc of the UK,  made rapid strides in the marketplace. 4 banks have already gone live on the product and another 12 customers have signed up on the product. Rubikon made its maiden entry into the Gartner Magic Quadrant 2009 for International Retail Core Banking. It  also moved into the 6^th position in the IBS Sales League Table 2010, moving from the 18^th position it held in 2009, at the time of its launch.

At Cordiant, we build India A-Teams for our international customers. Since the teams are purpose-built from the ground up through a rigorous talent-acquisition process, we have been able to achieve a very high level of success for our customers.

Cordiant Build-Operate-Transfer offering, on which Rubikon Banking solution has been built, provides our customers with an offshoring alternative that substantially enhances their enterprise value as compared to typical third-party offshoring/ outsourcing.

Cordiant has its India offshore centers in International Tech Park, Chennai and in Indira Nagar, Cochin. It has its US Office in Chicago.
